All of the jewelry I make is handmade, so there will be differences in every piece. I think that's part of the charm of handmade, it's imperfectly perfect. This also means that this is a small business and each order is basically custom made. Therefore, I don't accept returns, only exchanges within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Exchanges are on a case by case basis, due to the custom order nature of these products.
Every order shipped is insured and sent via USPS. Please ensure the order is being sent to a secure/safe mailbox.
